A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Mike Barnhart has been in the mortgage industry for over 15 years, during his time in the mortgage industry he has been recognized numerous times for his hard work and dedication to this industry. During his time with Nova Homes, he was awarded the Presidents Club award consecutively from 2017-2021 as well as being recognized for being top 1% loan officer in the county the past 3 years. Mike uses his problem solving, strong work ethic and punctuality to keep his loans on target. His ability to find solutions to difficult problems makes him stand apart from his competitors. Mike is all about his community currently sits on the board of the Boys and Girls Club and has been part of this organization for the past 10 years he also volunteers his time as a youth football and wrestling coach. These community roles have helped him develop different methods of understanding and teaching methods to help those in his community understand. Mikes passion is to help those around him whether it be through the process of getting his clients into their dream home, helping those less fortunate, or giving back to his community by volunteering.
