My name is Oliver Ames—most people know me as The Ginger Lender. I’ve been in the mortgage industry for nearly 10 years and have proudly called Arizona home for the past decade. I’m married with three incredible kids—two daughters and a son—and family is at the center of everything I do, both personally and professionally.

I specialize in helping first-time homebuyers and clients navigating major life transitions, including divorce lending, where clarity, speed, and strategy matter most. As The Ginger Lender, my business is built on education, transparency, and making the mortgage process feel approachable instead of overwhelming.

I offer a wide range of loan programs, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, down payment assistance programs, refinance options, and strategic buy-down programs, always focusing on what makes the most sense for each client’s long-term goals—not just the rate on paper.

I grew up in Washington state playing sports and enjoying the outdoors, which shaped my competitive drive, work ethic, and people-first mindset. Today, I bring that same energy into every transaction, working closely with clients and referral partners to create smooth, stress-free closings.
